Biology 6 (Introductory Physiology)
This 3-unit class is an introduction to the study of the structure and function of human systems with emphasis on the contribution of cellular and tissue structure and function to homeostasis.
Most students who enroll in this course are applying to nursing school. Other students taking this course include students who are biology majors, pre-med, pre-dental, pre-veterinary, physical education majors, and students in health-related certificate programs.
